"If I could leave 0 stars I would. We have asked many times for the driver to deliver to the house, NOT to leave packages at the gate (kept unlocked only closed a few months each summer to keep the free range cattle out of the property) at the end of the drive along the main road. Omaha Steaks were thawed, but even worse- He left medication which had to be refrigerated at the gate! It is only a matter of time before someone takes a package he’s left out there! We can’t even see where he’s leaving them from the house! UPS comes to the house, I sure wish we had a choice because we would never chose to use fedex now."
