She was one of the most kind and helpful people I have ever met. She went over the top to help us at a time when we really needed some help. Thank you Betty, thank you so much."

"I have used PHT for almost 2 years and not once ever ever have I had a problem with any of them. I had a TKR year and a half. And as some of u might know it takes 2-3 months of therapy 2-3 times a week & not once did they EVER EVER failed to get me back & forth on time every appointment I had! I still use when I have to & u ought to be thankful we have them!! All u have to do is either get a car or someone else to take you place’s so you can QUIT COMPLAINING!!!"

"Today the bus got to my house at 11:35, while putting on ONE of my childs shoe they left!! I called the main office and because this isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with them I said I felt discriminated against. They said I wasn’t and that he needs to be ready to go. I can understand that, however I was given not one, not two, not three but FOUR different times for when he would be picked up!! Two of them just today!!! I was told 11:15, 11:30, Today they told me 11:40-11:50, if I was putting on one shoe at 11:35 he would have been on the bus by 11:40. However knowing that they were there we hurried and came out to our kitchen. We have a sliding glass door we can see our cars and where the bus shows up. They were not there!!! What the Director said is that every other parent has no problem getting their child to the bus. But what I want to know since she told me this, is that the bus was running late, well why was he running late? Which he wasn’t cause he was at my house at 11:35. I said it wasn’t realistic for every child to always be ready and that sometimes they fight with you to get clothes on or out of bed. I have also told them I recently had kidney surgery and am still recovering so I’m moving a bit slower. The nerve of these people!!! They try and make every problem your fault!! Once I figure out if I can I will try and file discrimination charges!! I DO NOT recommend if you are a single parent with disabilities or chronic illnesses!!! My son will no longer be taking the bus from them!! Today was the last straw!!"

"As a mother I will NOT recommend PHT to any mother needing a reliable pick up for their child. I have had so many issues with this company. Today was the last straw when I called and verified twice where my son would be dropped off at and he STILL gets taken to the wrong house where No one lives anymore, and was a half and hour late to his daycare for lunch time. Lack of communication is ridiculous with this company. If you care about where your child gets dropped off and picked up at NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY!"
