"Worst mcdonald's in town! Our order was missing items , the cashier did not read our order so we specifically asked if he got 2 iced coffees and he gave us the thumbs up. We get to the next window and of course it was wrong. The lady handing us food refused to fix the error and make it right we just were missing 1 iced coffee. She tried getting us to go around and wait in line I refused! The manager had to come and fix the issue. Made me very late to work because they just can't get it together. This is not the first time I have encountered an issue here. They just can't seem to run this mcdonald's right"
"Always a clean area, the staff is always polite, and I've never had them mistake a special order. About 1 in 10 times they'll forget an item with an order of 6 or more items, but no hassle in getting it replaced."
"I literally never do reviews but people need to know about this… I went through the drive thru where they first can’t locate my order after confirming my order number 5 times. Then finally they find it and bring it out but once I get home to take a bite of a chicken nugget and it’s freaking RAW! EVERY NUGGET WAS RAW. Then I try to call them and they answer and hang up. So now husbands heading back to their location and I’ll be calling a manager tomorrow."
"Oh, your Bluetooth talking Do you know what buzz mean these pictures bug me these are coworkers are workers at McDonald’s park in the designated areas for DoorDash Uber eats and GrubHub this is ridiculous. This store is off of Wabo and Lomas. They should get more handle on their people because you know what this isn’t cool But when I have to find a place to park I can’t I gotta find or park right by the store I don’t know what it is, but this is wrong. Something needs to be done about this not only that I go to drive-through too, but it’s wrong."
