"Bad customer service. I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget meal in the drive thru and requested the house ranch when placing the order. At the pay window I was instructed to move to parking slot 1 despite no other cars in line. I reminded the worker to include house ranch and not the buttermilk ranch. The worker brought the food out shortly after. I looked in the bag and he placed 4 buttermilk ranches in the bottom of the bag , and placed 1 house ranch on top. I returned to the drive through to switch out the ranches. I asked if this was a joke and the worker (Fernando) said he can’t give me those ranches as it’s slated for a different menu item. I handed the food back with the dips and requested a refund as this was poor customer service. My order was simple and clear, and Fernando was being deceitful. I have ordered this way all the time. Manager Perla please train your workers to be upfront with their customers and not to bait and switch them. That was not appreciated tonight."
