"I would not recommend them- one year - had 2 states - they didn’t file one state. Next two years - asked for a specific person to do my taxes - who fixed their previous mistake- she not only didn’t - she hands it off to someone who never calls me, never asks me any questions and then never lets me know they are done except sending an email to an address that I have told them multiple times not to use because I get so much junk mail. And then was very expensive for simple filing."

"Have not had a pleasant experience working with Accounting Plus. Our situation was tricky, last accountant bailed on us in the middle of tax season 2021 and we had make a switch to Accounting Plus right before the tax deadline. My wife's business taxes were filed incorrectly and the issue has yet to be resolved with the IRS 18 months later. Used them again for 2021 taxes. Issues with state return (underpayment due to an incorrect entry on their part) in 2021 led us to penalties and interest. They have offered to cover this and do the 2022 return for free, but we have no confidence in their ability to handle our tax returns moving forward. Cannot recommend them for taxes. Our return is not that complicated. One W-2 and a couple of small businesses. ***Update 11/13/2022*** We received letters from the IRS on 10/31 and 11/7 that there were errors on our 2020 and 2021 federal returns. We have an additional $663.36 in interest and penalties to pay. Please, take your business elsewhere."

Sam's knowledge of Quickbooks Online also makes her a great resource for my bookkeeping questions. When I came to her she caught an error on a past return and filed a revision that saved me $$$. My payroll specialist, Heather, quickly and efficiently supplies my payroll documents and provides friendly reminders when she fears the deadline has slipped my mind (it usually has, so those emails are so appreciated!). Denise and Tina, the owners, are real go-getters and have been in business for over 25 years. Their track record should speak for itself! The office is also lovely and welcoming. Do yourself a favor and use a professional when it matters!"
