"First time there and already disappointed. Their customer service isn't up to par. Young teenagers busy talking amongst themselves instead of taking my payment when the line was backed up. Their sodas where flat. Order was wrong. Cole slaw was dry and tasteless. Chicken was delicious."
"Been to multiple canes across the country and loved all of them, but this one had all the lights off at 12 am with closing at 1 am. Me and my wife come into the restaurant to eat with no where to sit because they have all tables blocked off and all restrooms were blocked off as well again and my wife had to use the restroom so we went in and the worker began knocking on the door making my wife feel uncomfortable. With our hotel being 20 min away we decided to dine in and when I asked for a refill the cashier tried charging me, never at any other canes have I been charged for a refill terrible place worse experience ever at a canes. And again you guys close at 1am not 12 am."

"Good chicken. Only sides are bread, fries, and cole slaw. Coleslaw is usually warm and not very tasty. Excellent tea. Convenient location. It’s just chicken. Nothing super special except their sauce, which is delicious."
