"This is one of the better McDonald’s in Albuquerque despite having 2 negatives. Getting in to the drive through are either extreme sharp turns or the loop around. The service however is fast and extremely accurate I would have to give that credit to the lady running the drive through. She has been there for a long time and always keeps her cool and is always pleasant."
"I ordered my food on the app and they didn’t even make it right, for one thing I order a large fries and they gave me a large fries box but half in it. The second one, I order a large sweet tea, they put too much ice in it, and I only took 2-3 sip of it and it 1/2 way done, I would recommend going to a different McDonald’s, they are fast but not good on the food"
"How are you going to ask what the person is waiting for when you haven’t handed them a thing when you should know when you are the worker in the screen is in front of your face and once you are told that the person is waiting for coffee and hot chocolate you Pour the coffee with no creamer or Sugar and then you are very rude and say you’re gonna have to pull to the next window because the hot chocolate is not ready. Your employees need to be retrained and the phones are never answered. I called twice not one answer I am calling corporate."
