"Just horrible service the food was cold and not tasty. Given the price you would expect better but you would be sorely mistaken on this one. Would not recommend this place at all."

"Jack-in-the-Box has really gone downhill so sad. I worked there for many years when they first started and they were training their employees right we used to have to repeat the order after they ordered it repeat it at the window before they paid and repeat it as you handed out to them, needless to say I got the wrong Food today and it didn't even taste all that good really disappointed in Jack-in-the-Box"

"Ordered food last night from their website and showed up to no one working and no food. Their closing time is 12am but close at 1130. Came to get my good today to find they don't have enough employees to stay open until 12am."

"I understand the whole inflation or whatever is the reason for the shrinkage everywhere. But this place is ridiculous about it. I will NEVER EVER eat at any jack in the box EVER. Then they make it worse by hiking up the price. The food isn't even good. My 1st time will be my LAST. Who wants to sit down to eat you open the box and there's a Itty bitty burger with not much in it. Not what I was expecting and I was NOT happy.. I really wanted to like it! Instead it was so disappointing. Total waste to money. I do NOT recommend.. It was that terrible.. Horrible quality and way too expensive. Eat some where that's at least expensive but good. Lol. I refuse to feel ripped off and still hungry but then you are so disgusted and then after that then angry. I'm not the karen type so I didn't call to complain, but I NEVER will again. 2 thumbs down. I'd give ZERO stars if I could."

"Food I received was wrong asked for no lettuce lettuce was given clearly said on the ticket I was able to pick it off the tiny taco but still. I was on my way to work and was unable to go back to get it corrected very disapointed"
