"They had a sign saying short staffed. Understandable, no stars deducted for that. The mozzarella sticks were perfect. Everything else is what brought down the score. They were out of 8oz steak, that's fine. I ordered the ribeye instead. The steak looked burnt on the outside. I cut into it, and surprisingly, it was rare. Which would be great, except I ordered it medium. The steak was such a fatty cut i had to throw half of it out. The macaroni was also undercooked :(. The waitress didn't ask how I wanted the steak cooked or what sides I wanted. I had to tell her how I wanted it and had to ask if it came with sides and how many. Maybe she's new, maybe she's having a bad day, I don't know. No smile, no friendly greeting. Same personality from the hostess. Feel like I wasted $50 here today."
