"McDonald’s corporate office needs to start doing mystery shoppers at their locations again. The shake in photo was a shamrock shake. This was more vanilla than shamrock. Note, this was their second attempt at making the shake. If I did this while working at McDonald’s in college I would have gotten a write up or with some managers sent home early. Also, when did you all start hand pumping the syrup instead of connecting bag to the bottom of the shake machine?"

"I went on my way to school to get two fish sandwiches for dinner both came out and I literally can't even bite into the one on one of them neither one had tartar sauce and on top of that I don't have time to go back and get it fixed because I have school and the phone is not working there either so I can't even call to correct the situation. This is normally a great location not sure what happened. My wife came and got my food and went back for me and the management was awesome at helping correct the situation. Replacement food was great. Thank you!"
"Always forget the sauces and various things. One time asked for them at the window after I got my food and she said they’re in the bag. I get home and there aren’t any sauces. And for the past 3 weeks when I try to order breakfast and get a smoothie they say it’s broken. If it’s been broken for 3 weeks maybe they should put a sign up. But it’s probably not broken. It’s just the same lazy guy who tells me it’s broken every time I ask."
"It's McDonald's, the food isn't going to be spectacular. But so far this is the only location that has had consistency with their food-fresh, hot, crispy fries and burgers well made. I sometimes come by in the mornings for a caramel macchiato, they've always made them well. The employees are friendly and they keep the inside clean. The lines do get long but they get to everyone in a fairly quick amount of time."
