Taco Bell

"I was so happy to get the opportunity to get Taco Bell for lunch. I ordered all of my favorites through the drive thru. When I picked up my order I asked for Fire sauce and the staff just gave me my bag. I assumed since it was a lunch rush that the sauces would be in there. There were no sauces in the bag and no napkins as well. One of my favorite things about Taco Bell are the yummy, spicy sauces with witty quotes written on them. It was very disappointing."

"I spent $50 on my family dinner. We were missing a bean burrito and pulled everything out showing the young man at the window. He said he had to handle all the food himself and reached down to the vehicle to grab the bag. We didn't feel comfortable with him touching all of our food, no gloves and he"adjusted" himself while we were waiting for our food. We asked for the manager and a female wearing a necklace that said "Anaya" told us it is their policy that they have to take all the food and look through it and then said "do you want your missing burrito or not?!" We asked for her name at that time to make a formal complaint and she said she's the manager she doesn't have to give her name and called us "Dummies" and closed the window. It makes no sense that I would spend $50 then attempt to get a free burrito. Very disappointed in this visit. Will not going back to this taco bell. The one on coors by I40 is much nicer! Only good thing about this visit was the food was great. Kudos to the kitchen staff."

"The Taco Bell side of this restaurant sucks. I ordered delivery and did not receive one of my orders of chips and cheese, the cheese for my 2nd order of chips, 2 orders of nacho fries and cheese sauce, an order of black beans for my daughter, and there were absolutely no sauce packets in the bag. Not to mention the cheesy roll up for my daughter wasn’t melted at all, it was just cold, shredded cheese inside of a cold tortilla."

"Terrible. food was old gave wrong drink. black beans came literally a quarter full. chalupa shell was rock hard potatoes also stale. Rice in power bowl was crunchy. Pretty much messed up every item in our order will not be returning here in the future"

"If I could give zero stars, I would. Got home, and the food was cold, old, and poor. (See photo) The fries were very old and hard. The burritos were thrown together with hardly anything in them. Plus, I didn't get the extra sauce - to which I paid for. Walked in to get a refund, and the employees are just hanging out on their phones with the gloves on they handle your food with? So, the food is compromised with dirty gloves. I asked the manager if he would pay $10 for this food and, and with no remorse, just said he can "remake it" - no, thank you. Just a refund."
