"Ordered 2 large Mcflurries and they said they only have small and medium. So I got 2 mediums. They were only filled about 2/3s the way full and while eating one, found plastic in it."

"The manager is too busy flirting with the teenage boys. The manager is over 45 years old btw. Customers are in the lobby waiting for over 20 minutes for a staff member is wild. Customers should be acknowledged as soon as they walk in the door. Extremely horrible customer experience! All the staff ignore customers it doesn’t matter how many times you’re verbally trying to tell them you need assistance."

"Went through the drive-through to get my husband a soda. When I got the soda, I noticed it was dark. Diet Coke is usually dark so I asked the guy, is this regular Coke? He replied no it’s Diet Coke. Then he went to go get what was supposed to be regular Coke. I asked him again are you sure this is regular Coke he replied yes with an attitude, almost like he was insulted. I did notice it was dark still but I gave him the benefit of the doubt especially because of the way he responded when I asked him. I get home and my husband goes to take a drink and lo and behold it’s diet soda. You guys have to do better. It’s not hard to make a soda. I don’t know if you guys have the diet soda on the regular soda or what is going on. I tried to call you guys and I kept getting hung up on. If this is the way you are going to be running this business you guys should just shut down again. I will not be going back because I cannot trust that you guys can even cook the food correctly if you can’t get a soda right. Hire better staff. Staff that at the very least have respect and don’t have an attitude. Edit: I just read the other reviews and it seems like I need to make a call to corporate. You guys have no idea what you were doing and it seems that you guys were not ready to open. You will not be wasting my time/money or anybody else's."

"This Mc Donalds just reopened. We went late last night to get a snack. We had the strangest experience. First, we sat at the speaker for a very long time. We he finally gave our order code, and he said he couldn't see them in the system and to come to the 1st window. When we got to the 1st window, he had trouble finding the order codes but eventually did, as my gpay was charged shortly after. The 2nd window we were confronted by the employee, and he asked us very antagonistically if we had placed an or order or if we had even been to the speaker. We told him obviously, or we wouldn't have gotten this far. He yelled at us and asked us exactly what our orders were as if we had come for free food. After the whole exchange, he finds our orders and shoves it out the window. This whole exchange took 27 minutes. I will not be going to this location ever again."

"Just stopped by because they reopened— ordered a large Coke and waited in the DT for 15 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me… my Coke was yellow/orange so I asked the man “is this a Coke? It’s the wrong color” he said ya this is a Coke we got a cool new machine dude it’s pretty dope And I said okay it just… looks off he assured me it was fine This is straight carbonated water with little to no syrup. Why he even tried to hand this out to me is wild. Guess it’s more wild that I accepted it"
