Whataburger

"I ordered 4 chile cheese burgers meals when I arrived home my burgers had fries. I lady manager apologized for the incorrect order and said that I could go get my burgers all I had to do was give them my name. When I went she refused to make my burgers good."

"Order confirmed online at 8:20 for pickup between 8:55 and 9:00. Walk in at 9:00, order not ready. By 9:25, about half the food has arrived, whereupon the rest of the order is completely forgotten about. After watching 3-4 parties receive their food before us, explain to them that half our order is missing still. Watch as more orders from other parties are prepared ahead of us. Finally get the remainder of our food after 10:00. This level of service is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of procedures and training in place for a minimally competent restaurant."

"Seemed a bit “blahh “ on Saturdays visit. We always look forward to Whatabuger when we come to the area, coming from a small Colorado city. Ordered extra green chilies for my green chili double cheeseburger, because seems like there’s never enough. Bun a bit dry… I used extra mustard and green chilies and ketchup to moisten it up….the staff was nice and pleasant, store was clean. My wife’s double Whataburger w/ cheese was satisfactory."

"This is my 3rd time coming to this whataburger, I keep coming back to this one because it’s very good. I always order the patty melt combo, the price isn’t that bad for any size because they always are priced around $10. The drink size is really huge for a large. I came here in the late afternoon, there was only 1 cashier working and when we ate a huge line formed. The staff were very nice and serve your meals to you, they want you to have a nice experience. There is 1 issue that there isn’t ketchup available to grab yourself, you have to ask employees for them and it can be difficult to get if their all busy."

"This is what we got on a $70 order. The shakes were nothing but syrup, one drink was all carbon, we asked for diet and none of them were diet and they came not even full. The fries had been sitting there for hours. The burgers were completely wrong. We call that night to take it back and the manager refused to answer, we went that following morning and that manager refused to do anything. Today we call the general manager and all she said was I apologize and want to give us a free meal. The shakes themselves would cost as much as a meal. I could understand if we didn’t spend a lot on the food but $70 and half my family didn’t even get to eat that night. We asked for a refund and also got denied."
