"I understand Saturday is a busy time to go and even more with a baseball tournament in town and March Madness playing on the TVs. But that does not mean the food should be so bad. My brother ordered a chicken salad, and I know this sounds crazy but it was so salty. The dressing was awful, and the chicken and salad were drenched in it. My sons wings lacked sauce, but the wings my dad had made up for it. Going out as a family is not cheap. Nothing really is anymore, so to go spend so much money, and then 3 of the 5 of us end up spending the whole night on and off the toilet is not what I planned."

"We were there for over 10 minutes. Drink order was never taken. Tables next to us were seated by guests and as guests were sitting down their server was getting their drink order. This location always has these kinds of issues."

As minutes ticked by and my hunger pangs grew louder, the staff continued to fumble. No apologies, no solutions, just a giant void where customer service should have been. Eventually, I faced the bitter truth: this was a lost cause. My craving morphed into a desperate desire to escape, and with a sigh, I walked out. Buffalo Wild Wings, you failed me on every level. Your website was a digital dungeon, your staff a lost patrol, and your overall experience was a masterclass in customer service negligence. You managed to clip your wings and plummet to the bottom of the flock, all while the restaurant sat practically empty! In a world overflowing with delicious wing options, I urge you to take a long, hard look at your digital ordering system and your staff training. Otherwise, you'll be left with nothing but empty tables and frustrated customers. Remember, hungry customers deserve better!"
