"Didn't even finish waiting to pay for our order and we just walked out. The way they were handling the food on the dirty counter that looked like it hadent been wiped down all day was disgusting. The guy putting the ganish was wiping up the old lettuce that had been sitting prior on the counter and trying to put in on the sandwiches he was making along with mixing the recipts into the lettuce that was being put on the food as well. The whole staging area was a complete mess, and it suprised me they could care less about customers seeing this why making peoples food. Will not go back ever again."
"I've been to Jersey Mike's a bunch of times and have always been very pleased. However, my visit to JM's this time was disappointing. I am usually a little apprehensive when I take out my order but did this time. When I got my order home and opened my sandwich there was only about half the amount of meat that is usually in their sandwiches. Pretty sad is the state of things in the restaurant industry right now."
"The two guys working there are some of the nicest people I have ever encountered at any food establishment. They made our sandwiches quickly and they were fantastic. Good food and good people."
"I got there in enough time that my order didn't take as long as some of my co-eaters. Anyhow, I had the ham and provolone. It was amazing. It was a great sandwich. One of the best sandwiches I ever had and so I guess I'll try the Jersey Mike's in Santa Fe. I'm hoping it's just as good."
"As for the sandwich, I would describe it as soggy and dry at the same time and although that seems to be a contradiction, amazingly they pulled off a feat that was not enjoyable. The bread was dry and tasted stale and the overload of oil and vinegar made it soggy on the inside and like a baguette on the outside. Rather than have a soft and succulent texture across the board. It was what I would expect would happen if you put winter clothes over a wet bathing suit. Not pleasant. In addition to the textural torture was an incredible stinginess on ingredients for a nearly 20.00 sub. They also did not make it the right way and fortunately we avoided serious allergy issues by our due dillagence. Unfortunately rather than refund or replace, they elected to go with a percentage off of the next purchase which was not a satisfactory solution to the problem they created."
