McDonald's

"Went in on Sunday evening and the cashier told us it would be ten minutes until he could take our order. He said it was because he was the only one there. So we took a seat and waited . About five minutes went by and two more customers came in and he didn't say anything about waiting to them he took their order and ignored us . Acted like we weren't there. After the next customer came in he took their order we decided to leave and go somewhere else . We won't be going there again.."

"This McDonald's location continues to disappoint! Today, I asked for a buffalo sauce and honey mustard with my chicken nuggets..of course I got home and they gave me 2 BBQ. Not sure why this location has gotten my orders wrong more than 1/2 the time..yet the other Los Lunas location is consistently great..like most McDonalds. Please improve"

"Service is bad on drive through.the boy that hands out food for parked cars is extremely rude. If we ask him for salt or any sauces he will automatically say “it’s in the bag” and walk away. And won’t come back. Or if I ask him again he just ignores and walks past the window of the car! It’s not the first time it’s happened to me at that McDonald’s they always park me and he’s always the one to hand me the food! BADDDD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!"

"service here is often trash. waited 30 minutes for my food and customers were hollering for folks in the kitchen to come assist them. employees didnt seem to care. when i finally got my refund 40 minutes after ordering the manager seemed so inconvenienced. yeah, cause our time means nothing to you. i will never order from this place again."

"If I could give 1/2 a star I would. Every time I go through the drive thru I have to wait usually 10 to 15 minutes in a designated area. The last time I ordered food on the app thinking it would be faster since I am just on a lunch break and I was told to park and wait again. This time I waited 30 minutes and that was ordering on the app 12 minutes before I arrived. This is absolutely ridiculous for fast food! It is unheard of. I can understand once in a while but this happens every time I go. The girl at the drive is nice but the guy that takes your food to your car could use some customer service skills. Major customer service skills. This guy acts like he is paying the customer. Customers have a choice. My advise is if you want McDonald's that bad, find another one. If you can get food somewhere else, good idea!! McDonald's are franchised meaning they all have different owners. Does the owner even read these reviews? If he or she does, do they even care? I don't think so. There is no evidence that this owner cares. If the owner or management does care, do something about it because this has to be the absolute worst McDonald's I ever been to !!!"
