"Service was a bit slow and inattentive even though the bar wasn't that busy. When we needed something, can't find her. We sat at the bar. Asked for napkins and silverware. Oh, I bring that when I bring the food, she said. We had margaritas and chips with salsa and no napkins. My friend's asparagus was excellent. My quesadilla explosion salad was Piled HIGH with narrow tortilla strips but hard to find much lettuce. Very shallow bowl made it look fuller. Price was higher and much smaller bowl with less lettuce."

"Great safe location with lots of parking to accommodate trucks and trailers. Staff was responsive, courtesy and professional. Food was quickly served even during peak time for lunch. Definitely a great option for quick food and friendly service."

"I like chili's it is not a bad place to eat at all. My experience was overall good except for customer service and the environment. It seemed they had cold air rushing through the vents during winter, and the basics of attaining silverware for the table you serve should be a priority. Regardless of short staff, the customer is always first, and having experience, I know this first hand. To workers, customer service is key to getting a good reputation as an individual and as a team."

"This review is based on multiple poor experiences with this location. The staff tends to close the restaurant randomly during business hours. Even on occasions when they restaurant is not busy, I end up waiting 45+ minutes for food. Often, the food is incorrect or cold by the time it gets to the table and it has to be sent back. The kitchen has a "limited menu" anytime within 1.5 hours of closing time. This, as it has been explained to me, means you cannot order anything from the grill nor desserts that need to be prepared. The waitstaff has been quick to say "the guys in the kitchen are mad at me, sorry about the food!". Unfortunately, I have heard this excuse a few times. While I do not know what goes on in the kitchen, I understand this is not the proper way to serve customers. This location has been extremely convenient for me, but I will no longer spend my money here. I can get the wrong order served cold for much cheaper somewhere else."

"I was worried about dinning at this restaurant again after I read several negative reviews. Yes, the restaurant is understaffed there were only 3-4 servers when we went in, and the atmosphere felt like a ghost town. Because of this, although there are many tables available, you will not be seated immediately because only 10-15 tables are open to dine in. We had an excellent server. Once we were seated, she came immediately to take our order and the food was cooked right. She was attentive to our needs even though she was running around helping the other servers. We were very grateful, I can only imagine how overworked she might have been. I would say don't come to this restaurant if you're not a patient and understanding person. I think they're doing their absolute best with the staff they have and I saw a lot of 'now hiring' signs all over the restaurant. The staffing shortages they are experiencing, are beyond their control. We had a pleasant dinner and we will visit this restaurant again."
