"Very disappointed they gave me the very last of the black pepper beef it was old and very little portion. I wanted the teriyaki but they didn’t have it then I ordered the string been chicken they didn’t have it too. Very unsatisfying meal!!!!!!"

"What an awesome partnership they share with my children's school they were given a free cub meal but treated very horribly. KEYLA was extremely rude. We don't get to eat out often due to financial struggles, so my kids were excited she completely ignored and threw them dirty looks. I'm saddened that this experience for them was negative."

"Ordered a plate with rice, beef broccoli and orange chicken. Rice was cold and old, obviously made when they first opened and it's dinner now. The beef broccoli came with 3 large pieces of broccoli and 2 quarter size pieces of beef. The orange chicken was chewy like old gummy bears. Many small pieces made of just breading. Chicken rolls are $2 each now... Eating out is trash now. May as well get the microwave junk at the store. It's cheaper and probably better quality."

"I went to the drive-thru, the wait wasnt too long, but they got my order wrong. Its correct on the receipt but they gave me broccoli-beef instead of orange chicken, hardly any rice and no fortune cookie :("

"Drive thru stop for lunch. Should have checked order. They didn’t have teriyaki chicken (?) so I went with black pepper chicken. Barely any entree on the bowl of white steamed rice, which was a little hard and crunchy. I basically paid for a bowl of white rice with a smattering of left over black pepper chicken, like the last spoonful after a busy lunch hour. Can I get my money back?"
