"I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD THE MANAGER BRIANNA AT THE UNSER AND LADERA LOCATION IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNFIT FOR A LEADERSHIP POSITION. SHE ESCALATED A SITUATION AND ACCUSED ME OF LYING ON THE PHONE ABOUT A MESSED UP ORDER JUST TO HANG UP THE PHONE IN MY FACE, SO WHEN I GO TO THE LOCATION SHE CUTS ME OFF WHILE IM TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO HER THE SITUATION, SCREAMS AT ME AND SLAMS THE WINDOW IN MY FACE, JUST TO THEN GRAB MY FOOD AND TOSS IT THRU THE WINDOW."
"I wanted to try the new Crispanada. There was nothing crispy about it. The crust was soft and the inside was dry. Seems that it had been sitting under a warmer for quite sometime. I didn't go back because it was during rush hour traffic. Won't be going back to this Taco Bell"

"My order 359840 date 5/30/2022 Time 12:13:27 AM cashier: Moises B (female appears to be 18 - 22 yrs) I requested for FIRE and instead was given 60! Packets of HOT. Yes, sixty packets for 1 order of CRAVING PACK (4 tacos and 4 burritos). I reject this kind of behavior as it is a factor in the rising cost of food."
"Lately my opinions on Taco Bell (as a whole) have improved. It has been very tasty and quality for it's price tier. This location was no exception; they are courteous and quick in the drive-thru. The location on the exterior is clean and it has good inlets and outlets through it's parking lot. The lot is also clean and well-lit. The food at this location is fresh and hot. I really enjoyed my 4th meal at this Taco Bell. I highly recommend if you're driving home and need something quick."
