"Did not have my online order when I arrived. I was told it was almost ready, so I waited. 15 minutes later they told me they never had it. I showed them the app where it was ordered and paid for. The manager became aggressive and told me i have to check in with the cashier, thats why its not ready. i said do you mean the person i spoke to twice? He told me it was almost ready. I was late for work and had to leave. It was prepaid, so when I left I left without the food I paid for. I had to later request a refund online. The only thing worse than the way I was treated in store is dealing with the automated system to get a refund. Its unfortunate that I was treated this way. I was very excited to have a new Mcdonalds in my neighborhood finally. It is very poorly ran. I won't be back. Judging by the reviews here many others feel the same."

"The McDonald's on 98th what can I say. This is the second time I ordered an Apple pie and it was hard like it's been sitting there all day. They used to be really good. They don't seem to care much about there customers, they just about throw you your food and don't say a word. Not a Thank you come again. Yeah right. It would be nice once in awhile."

"Tried to order a plain patty, the young lady in the drive thru charged me the full price of a burger. I let her know there is a way to only ring up the patty, she told me “ya, well i don’t know how to do that so i can’t”. No offer to ask the manager for help, no customer service, no care to help what do ever. It’s a new location, i get that, but charging me incorrectly and basically telling me to just deal with it? No. I hope they find more capable, caring staff. The rest of the crew seems really awesome and hard working. Cheers to them."
