"Since I don't know which station they asking about specifically, I will do my when answering this question. Some were unacceptable, dirty very non knowledgeable and disorganized. Some were better and at least kept the bathrooms well stocked. Lots of crazy vending machine prices. I would wait for stops at gas stations for better prices. The Blythe Arizona where they had such great prices that everyone was shocked .it was a 76 station. When I saw that they had a Fat burger I was tempted to try it but by the time I it we were told it was time to go."
"Albuquerque is an experience. Was the best experience on my trip. I'd like to make sure they get their props....as the rest of my trip was TERRIBLE! A NIGHTMARE, if you may. Albuquerque was GREAT! Clean facilities, knowledgeable personnel, good customer service. Nothing to complain about here. Good job, Albuquerque!"
"I had a horrible experience this time in Greyhound. The bus s driver wouldn't even let us bring on our included luggage that is free with the ticket. My son and I were moving from Phoenix to Pampa and we were literally only allowed to put one suitcase on each and zero carry ons allowed for us by this driver because he wanted to leave the stop earlier then scheduled but he couldn't because we were there. We had to leave almost EVERYTHING we own with my older daughter to hold until we can get our life packed into 6 suit cases eventually."
"Its ridiculous we're in the cold weather season and a few of us people riding there greyhound had to wait outside evening around 8:30 for it to open and purchase tickets. Sad Customer Service hate to say it needs to get better and improvement of the terminal of Albuquerque NM. I understand there's lots of homeless people but why keep the traveling people waiting outside til this time to open."
"I have to use a combination of bus and train to reach my destination (Las Vegas, NM) convenient in that both the bus and the train are at the same location, but there's a 7 to 8 hour wait between rides. The terminal isn't in a very good part of town and there are a lot of transients hanging around. Also, the metal seating is uncomfortable for such a long wait."
