"DO NOT USE!! The technical issues were extreme! I had 9 different occasions in a 6 month duration where the interlock multifunction. Even with the customer service being good, after repeat issues they became rude! It was told to me it was my vehicle or misuse of the unit. I had many extra expenses like towing my vehicle when it wouldn't start and having an auto shop run a diagnostic test with results of everthing working. These issues were cased by cheap product and poor installation. The stress was overwhelming! I have since changed companies. I have not had any problems with the unit or my vehicle!"
