"Ordered a plant basket with flowers for a funeral through the funeral home site. The basket ordered was supposed to include flowering plants and was more expensive than the basket with just plants. We selected the more expensive option which I assumed would be bigger and higher quality. I called to voice my disappointment after seeing it at the funeral and was told "I didn't have any flowering plants and I stuffed in as many plants as I could" and "I usually call to explain the changes but didn't" and "I had other orders to fill". Although what was sent was nice, it was no where near worth what we paid for it. We didn't get what was ordered but still paid over $150 with delivery and fees."
