"Bought jerky, sausage, beef sticks and steaks. Meat is very good but the service was sub par. Guy at the counter was not very personable. No fresh steaks unless you want to wait for them to be cut, otherwise your choice is frozen meat."

"I've lived in Yankton now for about 7 years. I always got my meat from a grocery store or from back in my home town when I visited. A friend of mine at work suggested Steiner's. Holy cow (no pun intended). I ordered a couple ribeyes and they cut them fresh. They were just fantastic, the marbling was beautiful. They have an awesome, awesome cheese selection as well. Their jerky is addictive as hell. I kick myself every time I walk in because I waited 7 years to find a place to get some amazing meat items. You won't go wrong here, at all. Great service, amazing prices. Damn good meat. This is the only place I go now."
