"Zero stars…I hired Kim Padilla for a complicated divorce (narcissistic ex…if you know you know..). Because of her lack of care, attention and knowledge, I signed a marriage settlement agreement that completely screwed me and my kids over out of our property, and living location. We couldn’t even go back into our house to retrieve our property because my ex changed the locks and refused to let us in. Come to find out, she should have filed a motion to allow us back in our house to retrieve our remaining belongings, and to do a walkthrough. Per my current attorney, there were SEVERAL things she failed to do and advise me on and it completely screwed me and my kids over. SAVE YOUR MONEY, YOUR KIDS, YOUR SANITY…."
"Kim is the best lawyer I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She knows her stuff and deals with me fairly and truthfully. I would recommend her to anyone going through some serious family issues. Thanks Kim and all the staff for helping me out yet again!!!"
"Twila was my attorney for my divorce. She made the divorce process go smoothly. Thanks to her finalizing my divorce, I am finally at peace!! She was upfront with what it would cost for her retainer. There were no hidden fees. I was very satisfied with the final cost of my divorce. She advocated for me, so that I got what I wanted in the marital settlement agreement. I was married for 29 years, and my ex-husband hadn’t worked for 11 years. He may have been trying to seek alimony, but Twila made sure that that did not happen! Divorce happens! If you need an attorney, I highly recommend Twila Larkin!!!"
"Mrs. Padilla handled a complex retirement post divorce disagreement for our Mother-in-Law. Our MIL had spent years trying to get a fair settlement and Mrs. Padilla negotiated it seamlessly. Keeping the costs down through mediation with the other party, while still giving my MIL satisfaction in having a 30 year old case put to rest. Mrs. Padilla was also very kind and understanding with my very distraught MIL. She answers questions quickly and her office staff is sensational is well. Definitely, a positive experience all around. I would highly recommend this law firm."
"Ms. Kimberly Padillia was a leach and charged high rates in return for very little work on her end. Client put hours of work into writing motions, responses to them, etc and attorney modified what was written to suit the opposing counsel. She did very little to protect, advocate, exploit opposing counsel's lies and deceptions. This attorney was biased towards women. She does not support men or if she does she does very little work and is hard to be reached. Very appalled by her performance and her lack of professionalism and honor to her client. After over $100,000 in debt from her the end result was depressing to see. Lost custody of children, required to pay more money for ex wife that refuses to work, etc. The case is one of the worst Parental Alienation cases in New Mexico. Courts were biased and did very little to be neutral and fair. In New Mexico Women rule and men suck apparently."
