"The workers are super friendly. the building is very well kept. One of the best parts of my trip to Rapid"
"I've been here several times now, and the watching experiences have been good. Did have one showing where one light stayed on for the whole movie and was a bit distracting. I don't get the feeling that the facility is cleaned/maintained well. There are a couple arcade games. Concessions are not cheap: $7 for a regular bottle of water. The outside of the facility feels outdated and dingy. The place just needs a little updating and better cleaning, and it would be much more pleasant. Northern Hills Theater in Spearfish puts this place to shame. I do appreciate that AMC is here, since it's the only theater around here Godzilla Minus One is shown at."
"Ethan is the man. Always professional, always kind and best customer service, patient with my quiet and timid kids, polite, and helpful. Promote and pay this person. Nice facilities, no lines, clean. Again, we frequent this place often, Ethan is consistently on point. Much appreciated"
"Loved the Godzilla movie, popcorn and drinks but not the freezing, cold theatre! Asked the manager to turn the heat on and she said she'd look at it. Either she didn't bother or decided to save money by not turning the heat on.....very disappointed and a very uncomfortable experience!"
"My wife and I are visiting from CA. We went to see Sound of Freedom last night. The theater was clean and felt relatively modern--with the exception of recliners. Outside of the theater(s) feels very dated. The hallways seem dingy. The bathrooms need updating. Overall, it was an average theater-going experience."
