"PLEASE READ AND MAKE UP YOUR OWN MIND!!! My wife and I called the Brendan O'Reilly's law firm. OUR EXPERIENCE, WAS A HORIFYING EXPERIENCE. Read below. I can only share our experience and feelings. DETAILS: My brother needed legal counsel. My brother is (100% blind) in one eye, and more than (50% blind) in the other eye. Furthermore, my brother is also almost completely (DEAF), with a severe BRAIN INJURY, (TBI). So, Brendan asked for a [retaining fee] of $3,497.81 to help my wife's brother, who is my brother, as well. FACTS: (A). Brendan never entered his appearance, (B). never filed a motion, or any pleadings to the court, (C). and for about a month we did not hear from him, more information below. So, we set up an in-person meeting with Brendan O'Reilly to review the exhibits and forensic handwriting specialist material. This meeting was a horrifying experience; as Brendan O'Reilly, had some type of ("BREAKDOWN), in front of my wife and I, while Brendan, [SMASHED AND SHOVED A FORENSIC HANDWRITING SPECIALIST BOOKS]. Furthermore, Brendan had my wife in TEARS when he started to "yell" at us, in his conference room. "YES YELLING AT MY WIFE AND I" as Brendan O'Reilly had some type of breakdown, (I am not a medical professional, however, it was some type of breakdown), We felt defeated, hopeless, broken, and afraid, not to mention the position my wife and I were placed in. If my brother was not in such a dire situation, we would have left this hostile situation!!! We should have phoned the police. However, we did not have time on our side. I SENT SEVERAL EMAILS TO: (Brendan's father and copied Brendan himself) to let Brendan's father know what Brendan had done. Brendan O'Reilly was given a retainer fee in the amount of, $3,497.81 to protect my disabled brother. After many emails and calling Brendan O'Reilly, he refunded $282.43 This was a month plus, after Trini's hearing. Brendan still OWES about $3,000 plus, since Brendan did not even produce a single document. Brendan, sent us an invoice, with every call, text, email, to us and a whole lot of somebody doing something, and never filed a single document, in the court of jurisdiction. We were helping Brendan, as Brendan, wanted our assistance, and we offered it when needed. Brendan, asked for a doctor's note, asking for the mental health of Trini. We did that. So Brendan could communicate with Trini, but he did not. DATE OF HEARING: In a Google Meet, hearing, before (TRIAL)!!! Brendan O'Reilly [DID NOT APPEARED IN A TIMELY MANNER]. My wife and I believe the court monitor, finally got Brendan to join the Google-Meet, hearing. Brendan started to "LIE" to the Honorable Judge Roscoe A. Woods. We were in disbelief at what he was saying to the judge. The judge let him withdraw, even though he never entered his appearance, or did what the judge asked Brendan to do when Brendan appeared, before the judge in a limited capacity. Brendan asked the judge, in this (brief hearing) for "more time," and the judge honored Brendan's request and Brendan said he would file his entry of appearance, which he never did!!! Since, my brother, my wife, and I were let down. We had no time left, so we repeatedly asked Brendan and his assistant for our box of exhibits, with the refund. We finally received our box of exhibits, a week or so, with no refund and (PAST) Trini's hearing date. This is now part of the court's records, this is 100% verifiable. CONCLUSION: This case may have been (TOO MUCH) for Brendan, if that was the case, then Brendan should have, said something. Based, on our experience, is what I have expressed. Everyone, has to make up their own minds. My wife and I in no way, want to affect Brendan O'Reilly law practice, we can only share our experience. Furthermore, I would never state this on a ("REVIEW") but this is 100% the truth of events. Brendan's conduct was (UNBECOMING OF AN ATTORNEY OR ANY TYPE OF PROFESSIONAL). As of January 8, 2024, Brendan O'Reilly has not refunded the retainer amount. There is more to state, but limited by words. ---- /end / ----"

"Crook. Charge $300 each time to pick up his phone, send a text, email, edit some punctuation, basically, anything you can think of... on top of his agree contract. This lawyers is not an honorable person. I believe in karma. Also, I am not sure how he good all these near perfect reviews."
