"Went to eat here with my family. Emily was our server. She was awesome. Very kind and helpful. She helped us build a meal that was so delicious. She also explained to us the difference meats and veggies. The ticket was almost $300 but we had 6 people to feed. Gratuity was added into the ticket. She was so sweet our family threw in an additional $60-$70 dollars for her kindness. The food was amazing. The prices were acceptable and the service was awesome."
"We tried Zu Hot Pot on a whim, not knowing what to expect. We didn't know places like this existed, and at first it was a little overwhelming to get a barrage of instructions ("let me show you how to make your dipping sauce. Then I will show you how to cook."). Um, what? We cook our own food? But our server, Emily, was enormously helpful, showing us how to cook the raw meat, seafood, rice, noodles, and vegetables we had selected on the hot pot at our table. Everything was delicious, and more to the point, it was fun! It was pricey - nearly $70 for two of us before tip - but we will definitely be back many times."
"Ordered two To-go hotpot and popcorn chicken rice. Everything fit in a box which makes transporting food pretty safe. Hotpot comes with a bowl of rice and some dipping sauce. There are mixed veggies, meat, a piece of taro and a piece of potato inside. Flavors are good. Plenty of broth. Popcorn chicken is tender and well-seasoned. It was lunar new year, they even gave us some holiday gifts!"
"Im obsessed with this place!! It's always cold when I come in though. Don't usually mind since the hot pot warms me up! But still kinda cold lol. The food here is great though be careful cause it adds up fast when you're super hungry. The sauce bar is my favorite part and the reason why I prefer coming here rather than other hotpot places. Love that I can customize the broth and adjust spiciness and add anything I want. I pay exactly for what I want unlike other places that just fill the pot with cabbage and other random veggies and barely add any protein. Great place for couples that would like to split the broth. I can't express how much I love eating here."
"Traditional hot pot. Service is fast and there is a lot of choices of meat and vegetables for all. The soup can be spicier than expected. Do follow the sauce recipes on the wall, it's easier than trying to come up with your own and they are really good."
