"I just moved into one of the apartments in the complex a few months ago! The property managers Cody and Zoe are quick and responsive to any requests and are very accommodating! Maintenance is very quick and responsive also! The apartment features very spacious bedrooms and the main bathroom is ginormous! The W/D in unit is a very convenient and another bonus is you have your own private entrance and patio! Parking can sometimes be tough but that comes with apartment living I feel, there is parking passes for the lot and a couple spots for visitors. All in all I would give it a 5 out of 5, I love my apartment and the community it surrounds!"

"Amazing property and community! I stayed here for a short term lease since I was here for work for about 4 months, but I would definitely stay here longer or live here if given the opportunity! I was able to quickly and easily find flexible options for both short term and long term leases and management was always able to answer my questions! The property is clean and well-maintained, and the rooms are roomy and spacious. The area is nice and quiet, never had any problems with neighbors or the surrounding area. "I've been at Thelin Center for just a few months but but I really like it. The apartments are really nice and roomy (holy bathrooms, Batman). Full washer & dryer is a way big plus. Best part? The snow is off the sidewalks before I get up in the morning."

"I have been renting an apartment here for about a year and a half and I love it. They handle maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. The ladies at the front office are always willing to help me out when I have an issue with the online portal. My only complaint is that they started making us pay for water with our rent rather than just the electricity but other than that, this place is great!"
