"I lived in 105 North Holly, Apt #316, I barely lived in the apartment for the 6 months I was contracted to stay. Maybe 2 weeks at most due to work. The fact that I got back from the deposit what I did is little unprofessional and disrespectful in my opinion. Only furniture I had in my apartment was a desk and a futon. I had a crack in my sliding glass door to my deck and called maintenance about it, and they never came to fix it. I realize I am probably 1 in thousands of renters but I would just like everyone to know that I will not be recommending Babinski Properties to anyone."
"The management was really top notch.. This is the 1st place I've actually received 100% of the deposit back. They are friendly. Cooperative, helpful. Thank you kindly! The quality of people living there leaves much to be desired. Considering the price- the place is liveable. If you wanna level up- spend $200 more for a better place."
"I rented one of their apartments for almost three years. We got bed bugs within two months of living there, management tried to say I brought them but all of my belongings were in my previous home no problem. There are constant pipe issues including a time where we went without running water for almost a week. Management had us walk to a different apartment and use theirs. There are constant break ins and there was a homeless man recently entering the apartment locked entry and sleeping in the hallways. And also cockroaches coming from inside the walls. The maintenance staff do their best and very friendly but management is subpar."
"This is probably one of the worst management companies I have had a chance to deal with. The apartments are very affordable but the managerial staff is subpar. I had an ESA living with me which I immediately sent in all of the proper paperwork to then. A few months passed by and my mother got a notification from the staff that she will be evicted because one of the handyman reported seeing a dog in the apartment. When I called them they were extremely rude and said that they did not have my note. When I told them that I had emailed them two notes and that I could sue for discrimination, immediately thereafter they were able find both of my doctors notes. They need to learn some basic human relationship skills and customer service. After all we are the ones that pay their paycheck. The apartments overall are good for the money you pay. I just wish that the managerial staff was easier to deal with."
"Beware of this management company and make sure that you read everything before signing any contract with them and be sure to get a copy as well. I am a current tenant at this place with my parents. Suddenly they had a change of manager like they always do because they are always doing something shady and not following the fair housing law. The place I where live is mostly minorities, so the manager will use scared tactics to force renters to move out. With the new management at the Oaks Apartment in Naples FL, manager refuse to give a copy of renewal lease to me in order for me to read and sign matter of fact I was given a drafted front page of changes made to the lease with my old lease for Feb 01 2018- Jan 31, 2019. On the front drafted page the term of lease magically was change from 12 months to 7 months without my consent or my parent consent and forcing us to sign a 7 months lease. Oh yea I was told by the property manager that they are a private company and that they do not follow state law. Basic one- one Fair housing lawn in Florida: should be follow whether you are private or not. I was told on the phone by the property manager after refusing to give me a copy of my renewal lease that the only thing that changes on the lease was the price increase and the names that was added. Well turn out the lease term was changed from 12 months t0 7 months without my knowledge and we did not even ask to change the lease term. I was told one thing on the phone and then read something completely different on draft page written by who ever thought they could be shady and get away with something who has no knowledge of basic rules and regulations whether you are a private sector or not. I know how hard is it to properly run a property management because I work for one myself but never have i used scared tactics or illegal practices to force a renters out a home."
