"This rental company should be given a ZERO. Poor to no communication. Renting out units with a move-in date; then, delaying the move-in more than once. Such choices literally put people on the streets - not everyone has resources or means to find other temporary housing. This company's actions show that they only care about guaranteed money over the well-being of others! Unbelievable! Literally, do not rent from this company! I signed a lease for a move-in date of 11-15-2023, delayed to 11-30-2023; then, delayed again to 12-15-2023. If the roles were reversed, with a signed lease, and I delayed my move-in; well, you know I would be held responsible for paying the rent (whether I have moved in or not)."
