"Lived here for 8 years, would never go back. It's kept up fairly well but the lot rent is outrageous - hundreds of dollars more a month than other parks. Might as well buy a real house for what you pay here. Complaints are ignored, park covered repairs are left undone for months, out of state owners NEVER answer their phone or return calls."
