"I relocated after 2 years at a comparable Apartment complex in Nebraska! The location is the reason I chose this Apartment Complex! The apartments are very high quality and well designed, however, with too much carpeted area which could be reduced considerably to only the bedroom & a small portion of the living room! The exterior landscape of the complex is not particularly well maintained compared to my previous experience in Nebraska, probably due to the lack of a professional landscape contract which also applies to the parking areas that need re-stripping in certain areas! Lastly, most professionally operated facilities almost always have someone in the main office to respond to residents daily needs, 7 days a week with limited service on weekends & holiday’s, especially with the number of residents supported! As I have not had any interface with maintenance or response to work ordersI cannot comment?"

"I stayed here during a travel assignment during which I was supposed to have a 2 bedroom furnished apartment. The entirety of my stay I had 1 furnished bedroom, the other one never got furnished. At the end of my stay I never received my security deposit back, which per the lease would be returned within 30 days. I contacted Denise multiple times about this to which I was answered with excuses like her family was sick or she was out of town before she stopped responding. After several months I looked for legal counsel and was prepared to sue her for $1750 that was owed to me. My agency ended up reimbursing me for all damages so I wouldn’t have to possibly fly out to appear in court. But I would not recommend staying here. I was not the only traveler this happened too and she is obviously taking advantage of people that she knew would be out of state and not want to bother with coming back to sue or seek repayment"

"The Meadows was the perfect place to live in Rapid City as a first apartment. The all-inclusive style pricing and numerous amenities makes it care-free living. The maintenance staff was always taking care of requests, and the property manager Denise was very easy going to work with at all times. With the pool, hot tub, exercise room and open courtyard you can't go wrong. The complex is secure all around with a key-fob access for all tenants. If you are looking for an apartment that doesn't feel like apartment living, I would recommend the Meadows to anyone looking in the area."

"These apartments are among the nicest in Rapid City. We have a one bedroom and it is spacious, has tons of storage and super amenities. The staff here is incredible. They are helpful, efficient and kind. The residents take pride and ownership in the place and everyone is so friendly. We felt at home the day we moved in. Thank you, Meadows staff!"

"My GF and myself relocated from Albuquerque NM to Rapid City SD in July 2020 and moved into the Meadows. We just love living here. The staff are just amazing and go way above and beyond to assist you. The apartment is modern and very quiet. The location is outstanding being far enough from town to be quiet but only minutes from everything you need. We feel like we are living in a resort. The swimming pool and hot tub are wonderful and the exercise room is nice. They have regular events to get to know your neighbors which is fabulous. This is a great place to call home. It's not just apartment living but truly carefree lifestyle living. We highly recommend the Meadows."
