Copper Ridge Apartments

"Great place to live. We were there for 18 months. Everyone was friendly. No problems with anything serious and when we did call for maintenance they were there the next day! Halls were clean and the movie room was great for a party we had. Thanks for being so friendly and treating fairly with the move out!! We appreciate all the hard work you guys do everyday! Definitely a great place to live!! We would recommend it to anyone!"

"Pros Location was close to my job Utilities were inexpensive Maintenance is responsive Friendly neighbors Cons Parking lot was often at capacity Cars got broken into several times Snow removal was not always prompt Overall, I had an okay experience at this complex. It can be quite noisy when you have children living above you but is a part of living in an apartment. The pool is small and often crowded and there is no hot tub. The parking lot was often full, with people parking at the end of the buildings for overflow. The primary reason for my negative review is the move out process. I feel unfairly charged for carpet replacement and was basically ghosted when I started to ask more questions. If you move here, ask for a walk thru when moving out and very clear instructions for move out as well as what the owner's will be looking for. I understand paying for damages; however, I don't appreciate being ignored when asking for more information surrounding charges."

"I don't typically write reviews but I absolutely have to for Copper Ridge because of the all-around experience! First, the staff at Copper Ridge are extremely responsive, helpful and do everything they can to ensure that residents are comfortable and taken care of. As for the actual apartments - they are clean, provide ample natural light and have beautiful views. Other residents are very friendly and my partner and I have become good friends with some of our neighbors. The leasing office is clean, easily accessible and the gym was great to go to when it was too icy to drive. I've lived in apartments before but Copper Ridge is by FAR the best complex I've ever been at. Though I recently moved out of South Dakota, I do miss Copper Ridge and will forever recommend it to any and everyone."

"5 stars do not get delivered easy by me lately. The staff, the facility, are all 5 stars. In this day and age where the lazy are coddled and the underachiever is given the world just because organizations cannot find the high value personnel they so desperately needs. The staff at Copper Ridge under John's LEADERSHIP is 5 star, stellar, outstanding and they just get the job done in a professional manner. I appreciate being able to write these type of positive reviews. Especially, when the marginalist mentality has taken over the mentality of exceptionalism. Not at Copper Ridge. Exceptionalism is the mission and they perform their duties as such."

"Friendly and very helpful staff. My apartment is part of the new construction and is amazing. Floor plan and amenities are really nice. The view out my windows and from my patio of the hills is pretty amazing as well. If military be weary of when you move out. Housing gives you one month notice to move in, CRA requires two calendar months. So if you notify them after the first of the month you're on the hook for the current month plus two more, even if you change to month-to-month. They have the most in depth exit inspect I've ever seen. Upon leaving I ended up forfeiting my security deposit and pet security deposit."
