"Never go here. First of all they didn’t do the service I asked for. I asked for them to replace the air filters and when I got my receipt they had not only not replaced the filters but marked them down as “declined” even though I specifically asked them to be replaced. Second, they somehow killed my battery. My car started up just fine so I took it down the street to the Post Office but after running in to buy stamps my car will no longer start. I’m actually waiting for a tow truck to give me a jump as I speak. No idea how they managed to drain my battery so bad my car won’t start anymore but considering this is the first time I’ve had this issue I’m not happy in the slightest. I’d give them zero stars if I could. I should have just taken my car to my usual place but I had an open afternoon and didn’t want to drive all the way to Albuquerque."
"One star for the simple fact that they weaseled out of the tire warranty i paid for. A fague loop hole in the wording of the tire warranty. It was a cheap shot to not help me with my flat tire. A billion dollar faceless corporation, doesn't want to help it's patron with a flat tire. Way to go Walmart!!!"
"Worst service ever these guys do not know how to take pride in their work. The one they do a really mediocre job and they're not real mechanics nor technicians. Any other place can you get cars in and out quicker this will always take at least 2 hours and it's only because they're lazy. I've been to the store multiple times and had to wave my hand through the window to get anybody to come to the counter. I had relatives who work there who also had to go back there to grab them and they told me specifically that they just waste time in the back where all the cars are and not deal with customers. They absolutely never answer their phone, and the poor Walmart employee had to try to send me through three times and they still didn't answer. They are a disgrace and should never be hired in real auto shops. Unfortunately in a small town they're the only ones open 7 days a week but I have switched my business to other shops. I cringe every time I need to walk in there on an emergency and I make sure that they are absolutely my last resort unfortunately it's a"
"All the workers seem to use me as there main focuse and center of attention as I walk in and through the store, they watch very very close as if I am some horrible thief or something but I have never ever had any issues or any history of being caught for theft at that Walmart or any store in fact. When I check out the ladies always have JUST my screen pulled up on there phones as they carefully watch my every purchase and once again, I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS OR HISTORY in the past of me “not scanning an item” or “stealing” an item. I strongly dislike the staff and the way that Walmart is run, do not recommend if you get treated the same way I do."
"NOTE: This review is based on an experience and corporate policy, not a employee(s). I went in to Walmart for an ordinary oil change. Bays 1 & 2 were closed, and Bay 3 was open, so I parked in front of it. I then went inside and was told it was a minimum 3-hour wait for AN OIL CHANGE. When I asked if I could make an appointment the young man behind the counter told me corporate policy does not allow appointments for oil changes (why not?). So I left, went out to my car and saw 2 vehicles on lifts in the garage with their tires off and several employees milling around - one of whom came over and closed the bay door in front of my car (this sent a definite message). I left, carefully navigating around the numerous signs touting their oil change options. There was nothing on the sign mentioning a minimum 3 hour wait. Walmart: If you're going to make it impossible/undesirable for customers to utilize a service that you advertise why not just take it off your list of services? Who wants to wait around twiddling their thumbs while you perform a job what should take less than 30 minutes? The fact that there were no cars in the oil change bays tells me all of their other employees were working on higher-priced jobs. You can price it as low as you want - if your corporate policy doesn't allow for you to do it in a timely fashion I don't save money nor do I live better cooling my heels in your Auto Department lounge."
