"Do not buy a car from these people they will lie to you and rip you off, they will take advantage of you purely,they will smile in ur face and lie to you, they sold me a faulty car and lied to me about the condition of the car, John is the most bogus one out of all he is a child and the worst example of a general manager in existence take your money time and effort to an honest dealer that wont lie to you because these guys will rip you off i promise you that the day i brought my car they commited fraud and deception. "My son bought a car here. He lost his job last month, but has got another one. He called Southwest auto to make a payment arrangement and they told him he had to call the finance company. He called the finance company and made the arrangement, they were very nice. Southwest auto turned his car off. Wen my son called to try to get it turned back on they said since he made an arrangement they would turn it back on. They never did. When we called them they said they wouldn't turn it back on until he made his payment because he had previously made an arrangement through Southwest. This never happened, how can we make a payment arrangement with Southwest auto if we had to make it through the finance company. Why must Southwest auto lie. DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE. THEY WILL LIE FOR THEIR OWN BENEFIT."
"I must admit that my experience with the car I purchased has been less than satisfactory. I've encountered numerous issues and have had to invest additional money in frequent repairs. It's disappointing that there seems to be a lack of post-purchase support and communication. For future car buyers, I would recommend exploring other options for a more reliable and supportive experience."
