"We were in town for the night and took our jeep in for some rattling noises. They were able to see us in a timely manner! They were honest. It ended up not being anything mechanical and they tied down the rattling, took it for a drive to make sure it was taken care of and gave us a few things that may need some work down the line. We appreciated their thoroughness, knowledge and honesty! Highly recommend if you’re in the area!"

"Came in to replace a blown out fuel pump on my RV and the part wouldn't be in until the following Monday. They allowed me shoreline hook-up and storage of the RV on site at no extra charge since my generator was also out. They were extremely sincere and caring and the shop employees were a blast to chat with during the repair process. They worked quick and very efficiently. Will absolutely hit them up next time I pass through New Mexico in the future. These guys know their stuff!"

"Lost a wheel bearing around midnight the other night on our way home to Oklahoma. Searched the area and found the shop with the best reviews and Charlies was it. Had the truck towed off the highway to the shop and slept in it till the shop opened at 8 am. Talked to Jake, told him what our problem was. Rather than change just the one I asked that they change them both. They also went thru the truck and greased, lubed and looked over everything. Had us back on the road in a couple hours! Professional! Prompt! And sensitive to our situation being stranded. Couldn't ask for a better breakdown experience."

"I have to leave this review cause this place saved my family and me! We are driving across country from California to Oklahoma and broke down a few miles from Charlie's, not a good day. I called a few places and was told by a few people where i was that Charlie's was the best so we contacted them. They had a tow truck to us within an hour and was able to get my whole family safe and out of the snow, they even drove us, our dog and our bags to our hotel! They've stayed in contact with me and they are DEFINITELY taking care of us!! Yesterday was a hard day for my family but all the guys here have really saved us. Can't recommend them enough, if you are just driving through town or you live in the area Jake and everyone here will treat you like family!! And that's hard to find these days!"
