"Everyone has different experiences with places and it's the luck of the draw. For me I had a fantastic experience at King Kong Customs. This is coming from someone who took his car to three other popular car audio places in Albuquerque before coming to KKC. I wish I came here first. I won't mention the names of the other places to keep it professional. The other places just didn't do a good job with my system. I figure they did the best they could. I probably spent over $6k at the other places combined and I always felt it could sound better. Now it does. In fact it sounds better than I thought it would. They installed a Salt 3 amp and 2 Sundown subs. I am grateful for the prompt customer service, as they would text me to let me know how things were going with the installation. Additionally, they fixed my broken gas door latch by installing a push button to open it automatically. They can do anything! Thank you KKC!"

"Don't go here!!!My daughter 18 brought her brand new Kia soul to have a line output installed and they broke several sensors in her car it doesn't even have 8,000 miles they made her pay cash and said no receipt for cash.... IRS needs to investigate them for tax evasion....shut this place down"

"King Kong is the only place in town that would take on a project of adding a Passive Keyless Entry and Push Button Start on my 2014 Mustang over a Compustar system, because of the perceived toughness of the project. They were also the only place in town that I could find who would work to do the prep and paint work on TPO plastic. In the end they pulled everything off flawlessly. They also clear coated carbon fiber parts, installed a new rear deck, front and rear camera system and replaced weatherstripping. The staff and owners are very friendly and helpful, and personally delivered my car to multiple locations. I worked with Chris, who is a great person, even personally went to PepBoys to warranty a bad battery I purchased prior to the start of the project. I'll update the post with pictures of the interior work when I have some time to take them. All in all great people to work with!"
