"Loved the customer service and care used with our car. It took a crazy amount of time to get the car back, but that's because of shipping delays - nothing Crash Champions can control."
"Professional employees! My car looks perfect and it was completed within the timeline they quoted. Thx!!"
"Professional, kind, and hardworking. Crash champions did a great job with both of our cars, worked well with our insurance, and went that extra step to make sure we were also taken care of with our rental car. Great company and staff. Highly recommend!"
"Only leaving one star because zero is not an option. Insurance company sent our vehicle here, they initially gave a bid of 2300 dollars to fix a bumper/trunk that was damaged, only to redo the bid once the outer bumper cover was removed to expose a 2" dent in the inner body, that was very repairable. What they dishonestly did do was invent/imagine damage to both rear quarter panels that were nonexistent, and thus inflated the bid to 8300 dollars at which point the insurance totalled the vehicle. So we wound up with a salvaged title vehicle for what amounted to a 2" dent and bumper cover replacement and dent trunk. Will never allow any of our vehicles to be taken to this sham of a business. They were very condescending and rude as we disputed their bogus evaluation of our vehicle. Stay away from these crooks."
"Crash Champions service is mediocre at best. It’s been one year since they serviced my vehicle and I’ve been nothing but disappointed. My front, driver side fender was damaged in a hit-and-run incident and Quanz body shop was highly recommended when I researched body shops in the area. Getting an appointment took 2 1/2 - 3 months for four days of work. When I picked up my vehicle, the original damage from the hit-and-run was repaired but it came back with more (slightly smaller) damage that they will not take responsibility for; My driver side door had a very obvious paint chip that is now sealed in from their clear coat when they blended the paint from the fender (I was given a bottle of touch-up paint to fix this on my own), a dented fender was installed and the manufacturer was blamed when I pointed it out, a side marker was also damaged but the manufacturer for that part was blamed for that as well, there has been an insufferable squeaking noise that comes from the area they worked on when I drive on the vehicle on uneven roads and I assume that they did not align the panels correctly and they are now rubbing against each other, and finally, recently I noticed a loud rattle coming from the repaired side of the vehicle and now I will have to take it to another shop to get it checked out. I do not recommend this business and suggest you find a more trustworthy and hard working mom & pop shop."
