"Super helpful advice and guidance when we ran into a tough engine problem"
"I recommend you all to turn around and look for a better place with great quality and reasonable prices. False information here. Paid for old parts they told me were new. Car went out a week after I got it back with a new replacement of a refurbished engine, returned it and kept telling me he’ll fix it. Got fixed again and stalled out on me in town. I towed it myself back to his shop again to be fixed. For the 3rd time it was fixed and not even a day stalled out again. I finally gave up and took my car back and asked for half of my payment back. He returned it and canceled my warranty on my engine. Took it to a reliable mechanic only to find out he found old parts in my vehicle when I paid for new ones, blacked spark plugs, missing and loose screws under the hood, fenders plastic holds broken, a lug nut missing on one of my tire. Now I’m paying again a reasonable mechanic to fix all these problems on my vehicle. I could have listened to his customers he had before. They weren’t lying."

"My boyfriend and I were traveling through New Mexico with our dog when we unfortunately ran into transmission troubles. Garcia Motors was the only shop that we could get to, but after our experience we wouldn’t have gone anywhere else. Our transmission issue was non repairable but Bernard did everything in his power to help us out! He even arranged a way to get us into sante fe to the nearest hotel. I would highly recommend anyone take their car to Bernard at Garcia Motors, he is an honest, kind, caring human and very knowledgeable about cars!"
