"Called to take my car in to be seen, owner said to come in the following Monday. I have a tight work schedule, so I had to take time off to drive my car over. When I got there, lights were off and nobody was there. I waited for twenty minutes, called, no answer. I got a text message after I left saying to just leave the car on the lot. I wasn’t comfortable just leaving my car and keys there without a staff member… Ended up going to a different place. Owner seems very kind. I’m sure his auto services are great, but I was really disappointed by the customer service."
