"This is, by far, one of the best shops in the Southwest. They are honest, fair, and most of all they understand that time is money with trucks. Albuquerque has a huge problem when it comes to truck repairs. The dealers and other shops all close at 5pm and good luck finding anyone at Inland or Rush that is halfway interested in helping. The folks at Fiber Works are FANTASTIC. I am a small fleet owner with out of town trucks regularly passing through the area. They've helped us out multiple times. When dealers say they can get you in for a minor repair in 8-10 days, Fiber Works will have it done in four hours. I cannot stress this enough: if your truck is broken down don't call the dealers and don't call Loves/TA/Flying J. Call Fiber Works before you think about anyone else. They're friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and once again they're honest. Couldn't ask for a better experience."
