"Charged me $90 to fix a simple stopper plug on my radiator. First time customer, took them 20 minutes to get the plug and put it in. Said his kids get paid on commission. Plug wasn't tightened properly, leaked like a sieve after I got home. Not a good way to garner new customers. Frank, you seem nice enough but do better next time."
