"I found the service advisor's professional, personable and fair. The work needed on my VW was extensive and would have cost a lot anywhere, however the advisors were open about what should be done immediately versus what "could wait". I was given estimates on everything and none of the approved work was over the estimate. A loaner car was provided to me during the repair processes was a huge advantage as I only have one vehicle. Following repairs, unfortunately one part failed and I had to return for warranty replacement. The crew did that work immediately and were very apologetic about the added days without my car (and again, I was provided a loaner). The advisors seemed sincere when wanting to assure me they value my business and I will be returning when necessary. Would easily recommend paying a little extra to have your foreign car serviced here, especially if, like me, you've had some bad past experiences at other places."

"Hans Wittler automotive was an eye-opening experience for a first time Mercedes-Benz owner. From my first call, to the pick up of my vehicle, everyone was friendly, kind, and sincere. They kept me informed the whole time. They provided pictures of everything they looked at, were patient explaining things I didn’t understand about my car, and the cost was extremely reasonable. I am so thankful the previous owner of my Benz used this shop because I never would’ve known where to go. Based on my first experience, I won’t go anywhere else."

"I am posting this review many months after my last service because I wanted to ensure there was no immediate emotional response that was harsher than it needed to be. During my last service, a technician accidentally hit the building with my BMW X5. I will give credit that they owned up to it and took my car to a repair shop. There were minor scratches that remained on the vehicle after the repair that took several days to do. I did inquire about a discount on the service as none was mentioned to me. First, I was told “Oh, no. We don’t give discounts”. Then after stating it would be to keep a customer was given a 10% discount, which I found rather offensive. I work in a service industry, myself, and did not feel this was good customer service. I told myself prior to picking up the vehicle that less than a 20% discount would not do to keep me as a customer. I had previously had good experiences with Hans Wittler Automotive, but this left a very bitter taste in my mouth about the group."
