"So I happened to have a squealing belt issue RIGHT by their shop. On a whim I immediately called the closest shop- Wrench Works. It was a Friday mid morning (approx 10:30 am) and asked if they could at least confirm my diagnosis. They WORKED ME INTO THEIR SCHEDULE and had me back on the road same day. I literally just walked to lunch and back and the repairs were complete. Marlene the front desk person was kind, compassionate, and understanding. The mechanics looked at my 1998 Honda Accord and didn’t try and upsell me or convince me I needed to fix X other things wrong with the vehicle.
