"1 Star because 0 stars is not an option. Called for road service for one of our trucks down with a coolant leak. Individual who answered phone clearly didn’t want to go out and repair; immediately stated it was “seventeen twenty” and all the parts stores are closed. (Which isn’t the case, Pete, KW, International, all stay open after 5 pm). Individual said he’d call back in 10 minutes….13 hours later, no call. Probably worked out for the best, found another road service that had my driver up and running within 20 minutes. If you have a driver broke down with critical freight, you need a road service that can get you rolling fast…this is NOT the company you want."

"Quote for a tire...expensive of course but like always a little pricey...near to the Flying J a friend of mine got the service done for 350.. of course he got his own tire...but me he was trying to get 750.0 or so...for install a tire...I call him...for a Quote, but I check the shop at Fl8J and was 630.00...no big deal you might said...Quote before any agreement"
