"Took over a month to get my car back 3 days extra which the insurance wouldn't cover because they broke something not related to the accident. And when I went to pick up my car they only painted one rim so now I have 1 painted and 3 not it looks horrible I know my car wasn't in the best shape. And to top it off now my door won't lock and they refused to fix it saying it's my word against there'sthey belittled me and were very condescending"
