"Phenomenal experience at Gene's. First time here and Justin was just the best: funny, cool, honest, and efficient. I hadn't really found a garage yet after my warranty expired and I sure wasn't taken my Camry to Larry Miller. I needed a routine inspection just to make sure everything on my car was running soundly - I've had surprises before and have made an effort to be more pro-active about preventive maintenance. Scheduling was simple, I dropped the car off at 8:00am and picked it up around 3:30 in the afternoon. Justin was great about letting me know what needed to be done (really nothing except routine maintenance) and was good at explaining everything to a very auto-illiterate customer like myself. It's very reassuring to know we've found such a great place so close to home to take our car for as long as we'll be in Albuquerque. If you work at UNM (particularly North Campus area), Gene's is close enough that, for anything minor, you can drop off and walk to work then pick up in the afternoon."
