"I always come to this place , but this time I was very disappointed. The oil change package comes with cleaning the glass window and vaccum the floor. None of them was done. I had to tell them and then they vaccumed half of the vehicle. The sticker wasn't put on which tells you about next oil change. Those techs were only worried about about how much extra money they can extract from you. Bad customer service. So much for oil change, and still they won't do a good job. Pretty bad!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Perfectly fine. No run around. Just asked what needed to be asked, vacuumed, cleaned up the windows and filled the washer fluid with the oil change. Offered air filter service for K&N filter cause they are smart enough to know what it is."
"I was very disappointed with the store on Gibson. They wanted to charge me $10.50 for a top off because I had two previous top offs. For the money they charge for an oil change that's just greedy and poor business practice. My car is a four quart capacity. Their regular oil change is five quarts, so technically they were not out that much oil. I have been doing business with them for 20 years on two vehicles. No more,!!!!! You just lost a faithful customer."
