"It makes me super sad to post this, but I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years and had several cars in with reincarnation. The prices have just gotten too steep for me, with the last straw being an estimate for almost $20,000 sent to me without a word on my project car, which is an f-you estimate if I’ve ever seen one. So message received loud and clear guys - and I also found a shop who was kind enough to let me know my clutch was going out and I could redo the head gasket and clutch at the same time and save on 5 hours of labor. Kinda funny how reincarnation neglected to mention my clutch. Oh, I also brought in my daily driver with a loud wheel bearing noise to them one, two, and three times, wanting very much to fix and pay whatever cost to get it fixed but being met with a “your car is mechanically sound”, and that it was probably my bushings.
